1kg Our neighbours love/hate us because our smoking smells so good (love) - but it makes them hungry all the time (hate). When you lift the lids on our smokers - you can't see the meat because the smoke is too dense until a breeze clears it. Our ribs have been smoked & slow cooked for 12 hours & we constantly baste them to keep them moist & tender. Each order includes a separate sachet of our custom blended Mango Bang Barbecue sauce at no cost to you ! -
500 gms We tried a dozen suppliers to find Brisket that wasn't too fat or too lean - then we rub it with our own blend of herbs n spices, let the brisket absorb the rub for 12 hours - then we smoke & slow cook for 22 hours. Result - fall apart tender with spectacular flavour. -
